Nate Diaz is The Man! He keeps his cool even under heavy fire. I was worried the Ref might stop it in the first round....Glad he didn't. Nate is one of those guys who is just going to find a way to win. Perfect Triangle to Tap Pellegrino after he was mocking Nate earlier that round. Nate paid him back with a "No Hands" Triangle choke. War Nate!

I agree that Hamill has an amazing chin. He needs it as he is pretty easy to hit. Also, he was gassing pretty badly too. Didn't look as lean as in his last few fights. Boetsch needs huge work on his cardio if he is going anywhere at all. Big Tim would have knocked both these guys out cold as ice. Matt is a CLASS act, unlike "The Diss-Count" Bisping. Matt gave Boetsch major props and asked the crowd to give him a round of applause. I hope the big Kid does well. He has a long way to go though.

Tommy Speers is in way over his head in the UFC. He needs to drop back to WEC or another smaller Org, and as LG said get some serious standup training or he is toast no matter where he goes. I give Tommy props for his chin and heart, but everything else in that fight was all Johnson. Johnson has skills,but he is a little arrogant for my tastes. If you can back it up though, I guess it will fly. Anthony is fast and throws hands knees and feet very well. Time for him to step up in competition.

I don't like Parisyan... too much mouth. Alves shut him up with a Vicious left knee to the chops... Stunned Karo and then Popped him again a few times as he crumpled. In fairness to Parisyan, from the second angle it looked like he had recovered enough and was intelligently defending himself. I honestly belive Thiago would have finished him anyway, but it would have been nice to see for sure. Karo had a more legitimate beef about his stoppage than Alexander did. Did I mention.... EFF those people who booed James Irvin.

Maynard really dominated Edgar except for a few strikes in the second round. I agree with LinvilleGorge that he looked HUGE compared to Frankie. As I expected, Gray was just to strong for Edgar and won a clear victory.

Ahhh Sweetness! Kenny showed that he is levels above Baby Joe. Joe had very few shining moments, and except for those brief seconds Florian dominated him in every aspect of the fight. To those who were touting Lauzon I ask again, what was it about him that made you think he was so good? I didn't get it before the fight, and I sure don't get it now. To any who complain about the stoppage, watch the fight again. Joe just lays there looking dazed and bewildered for quite a few seconds after the ref called off Kenny (The Big Dog) Florian. Joe sure didn't complain about the stoppage.

All in all, and Excellent Night of Fights. The only one who lost that I pulled for was Speers, and it is obvious he is not ready for the UFC. That highlights to me just how weak the last stable of TUF fighters really were.

And speaking of TUF 6, I am looking forward to seeing Danzig fight again soon.
