he probably does'nt do that much more in terms of weight. Why should he? Everyone is making such a big deal about this being a bench press only improvement. If GSP has indeed improved his strength & conditioning training program he will be stronger overall, not just in a chest press. Watch GSP and his fight with Jason Miller. GSP looks much the same as he does now but he had a tough time keeping control of Mayhem. Fast forward to his submission victory over Hughes or his domination of Kos and its obvious he's become physically superior to his competition. Does this give him a harder head or stronger chin? Of course not, but it will give him confidence to take this fight to the ground if needed. It will also add power to his strikes.
