So the routine is;
10x Squat
20x lunges
20x split lungs
10x pops (squat jump)
Complete this routine a total of 6 times thats 360 reps. Most important is that you dont stop, second is that you keep propper form then thirdly that you complete the reps as fast as possible?
Simple post a video of yourself doing this and then post it up, every one who enters gets 150,000 points?
