For anyone to say that this fight wasn't one of the best in say, the past three years? Four years? Two years? To me, I was as excited during this fight as the Sylvia/Couture fight. I don't know. Perhaps people don't want to admit there are great fights outside of the UFC? Seems that way to me. How can you not consider this anything but incredible.
What I can say about Shamrock? He is as tough as they get. A true warrior, a true gladiator. How could you say anything less than that about the guy? Attitude, ego, who cares? The guy is unreal. You and I don't know how long he fought with the broken arm. If it was at the end, he even threw a solid right hand with it. Put his personality aside. He is a MMA god.
Le's kicks are so fast, it will mess with any opponent. I don't know a lot about the guy, but I will say he displayed a lot more unique strikes and entertaining attacks than I've seen in a while in the UFC. He's a keeper for sure.
Goldberg? He needs some more grooming. He's still learning, face it. Nobody is good at anything in the beginning. Rogan is the best, so let's remember that. Goldberg will get there in time.
