seems strange that you would think creatine is unnatural and like roids and do not think the same about nox. creatine is found naturally in any foods so i don't see how you can think this is unnatural. there is also far more evidence supporting creatine aiding in muscle building than nox.
to me you seem fine with you're diet at the moment. if you begin to hit a plateau it may be wise to invest in something like this(i would go for creatine but nox is ok). how long have you been on this diet for and training. also i think glutamine would be a good idea.
