to me you seem fine with you're diet at the moment. if you begin to hit a plateau it may be wise to invest in something like this(i would go for creatine but nox is ok). how long have you been on this diet for and training. also i think glutamine would be a good idea.

I hear what you're saying, and I agree with you, but I also see his point. Afterall, Steroids are also hormones that occur in the body...just in mega doses. Creatine however is safe and proven. Though, it is not a must. I remember training way back when before the big creatine buzz was ever heard of...we didn't use and we still had crazy gains...so, while it might give you crazier gains, it isn't a necessity in my book. At least not for the average Joe. If you're a professional/semi-professional fighter/athelete then you it probably should be a necessity but for us weekend warriors it is not a must.
