I hear what you're saying, and I agree with you, but I also see his point. Afterall, Steroids are also hormones that occur in the body...just in mega doses. Creatine however is safe and proven. Though, it is not a must. I remember training way back when before the big creatine buzz was ever heard of...we didn't use and we still had crazy gains...so, while it might give you crazier gains, it isn't a necessity in my book. At least not for the average Joe. If you're a professional/semi-professional fighter/athelete then you it probably should be a necessity but for us weekend warriors it is not a must.
