Creatine is a natrually found in the body. And either way your taking it because its in a fair ammount of the foods that you eat. Theres creatine in a steak, so your telling me your not going to eat a steak because its got creatine in it? All it does is replaces the phospherous after the phospherous has been used up in your adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Your atp gets used up in about 11 seconds during strength training, and it takes about a minute to restore, the creatine "supplement" just restores it much faster.

And yes 100% whey protein is what you should be using, with vitemins. Unless you train extensivly which I do then you need to keep your calorie intake high, so I'll take 100%whey, and gainers. Not bragging or anything but i'll train anywhere from two to four hours a day, some times five, if I got the time. Like tomorrow I have one hour at the gym, one hour of endurance running, then two hours of an cardio/strengthendruance routine I made up.
