Not bragging or anything but i'll train anywhere from two to four hours a day, some times five, if I got the time. Like tomorrow I have one hour at the gym, one hour of endurance running, then two hours of an cardio/strengthendruance routine I made up.

For the creatine, before the read, I did it know. Thx to tell me that. Gonna check for creatine. But what I don't like, is im taking 3-4 shake a day. Now I will need to take more shake because of the creatine. But the Nitrix oxide is pills. But gonna check that now. Thx a lot
