I was ice skating once, going real fast around the rink during the public skate session. I used to play hockey so I was hauling ass, when this little, shakey ankled girl stumbles out in front of me. I tried to cut around her but my skate edge didn't catch and my feet went straight up in the air and I face planted into the ice, breaking my nose and concussing my poor brain. I then slid across the ice, face down, leaving a trail of blood, to the boards where I came to rest. I woke up a few moments later to children screaming something about a dead guy and people crowded around me. That sucked
