Hum because creatine don't have the savor of chocolate lol so don't want to mix 2 thing. But a took only 3 shake a day. And with real food for now is really hard for me because I have a lot of personnal probleme and no money and I go back to the school. So school in the day, training in the night, sleep and start it again.
ANOTHER QUESTION HERE
I don't know a lot about creatine, but I found that somewhere and don't trust that at all lol.
Is true to don't take creatine if you do a lot of cardio? Like any mma fighter?
