You can get Creatine in capsules in case you're wondering. Also, Creatine will have no negative effects on your cardio. In fact, MMA fighters can greatly benefit from creatine since it supports the explosive energy systems used in the sport. I assure you that Creatine is safe for everyone. Also, if you wanted to get 5-10 grams of creatine from red meat you'd have to eat about 10 pounds of steak. As for dosage, most people do very well with 5 grams a day, 2.5 grams taken before exercise and 2.5 taken after. At least thats how i do it.
