I said that when he quit his fight on TUF and Shamrock shamed him for it. I said then that Starnes would never be a great fighter or even a good fighter. A lot of you guys defended Starnes. But, last night, Starnes proved me right.
I hope that we never see Starnes in any big show events ever again. If I were Dana White, then I would not even put Starnes on the prelim card. I would have Starnes outside of the arena running around the parking lot with a sign promoting the event. That's as close as he deserves after that running away BS.
It reminded me of the Gurgel-Hominick fight. Thank God that the judges did not screw up and award Starnes the match. Starnes deserved less than 30-24 from the judges. I would have given him 30-0, if I were the judge. Starnes did not fight. |
