I am also interested in investing in creatine. I am currently 143-147 lbs and work out often. When I train I lift heavy weights with low reps. Furthermore, I eat plenty of food and have yet to gain weight
My target goal is 155lbs, but I would like to retain my low body fat. If I used creatine, will I gain a lot of fat if I continue to work out as often as i do? Is it easy to keep the same body fat percentage as I have now?
