My target goal is 155lbs, but I would like to retain my low body fat. If I used creatine, will I gain a lot of fat if I continue to work out as often as i do? Is it easy to keep the same body fat percentage as I have now?

Creatine will not cause you to gain any fat. Creatine is one of the most important supplements, if you really want get aggressive about your weight training, and gain muscle mass. Creatine, amino acids and whey protein. Also, I'd switch from heavy weights and low reps to moderate-heavy weight and high reps. By increasing the number of reps with say, 75 percent of your max, you'll greatly increase your overall workload and thus make your muscles work more...stimulating them to grow. Porter Cotrell,, a former pro body builder, gave me his work out tape...ok so I met him and he sold it to me. And, it was insane. I ate like a horse 200 or more grams of protein a day and simulated his workout to the best of my ability and I became freakish in size. The biggest I've ever been, mind you not the strongest, but still plenty strong and fricking huge! High reps/moderate weight equals big muscle gains.
