Yeah, 15 with 70-75% of your max is plenty. For instance, yesterday, I did a higher rep leg press work out. I did 180, 360, 450, and 500 all for 15 reps. Then immeadiately after the last set of 500, I stripped it down to 360 and immeadiately did 20 more reps. I went lighter yesterday, but none the less it was still a good workout. Porter Cortrell would do up to 70 reps of leg press at a time, but my body's just not conditioned that well and I don't think he and I take all the same supplements...he's a professional athelete...I'm not...all he does or did was train...so he can pound it much harder than the average joe. I would say 12 reps would be a minimum number of reps and 20-25 would be in the top range for guys like us...when you're training lesser weight and higher reps.
