Hard time :(
after putting on muscle over the winter its time to lose the weight now summer is here,
problem is, its got rle hard and i cant seem to do anything right.
i drink 3 litres of water a day
get 8-9 hours sleep every day
35 mins cardio 4 times a week
dont eat carbs after 6 and only really before a training session
get plenty of good protien
eat 6 meals a day
plenty of vegies and salads
im keeping it very strict and have not touched a bad piece of food for 2 weeks since before i started.
problem is, im adding weight, gone from 217-218.6
can anyone see were im going rong? i certainly cant and am very frustraited about this and angry
