Default The fastest way to lose weight!

Do you think you're ready for the fastest, most brutal weight loss plan ever? I can sum it up in one word. PRISON. Thats right, if your overweight and unable to lose it, just commit a serious crime and be sent away to the greatest weight loss camp the planet has ever known. A guy i am aquainted with just got released from a six month sentance. Going in he was over 300lbs.. I did'nt recognize him when i saw him. At most he's 190 now.

This rocks Crasthi and I agree. When my bro got out(we're nothing a like) and looked much better. He went in about 250+ and came out 170 or so. My mom to my brother was like " oh honey you need you strength back" and she kept feeding him meal after meal. I told my mom, being in jail forces you to a 2000 calorie diet and now he look normal. Now he is fatter than before lol.

Obviously prison is'nt a good place to be. But is'nt it amazing that people who go into prison out of shape often leave prison physically better off? I've heard several explanations for this. One being the restricted diet, you either eat what you're given or not at all. Excessive free time leads to boredom and lots of pushups, squats and crunches. Most prisons have well equiped gyms. Then there is the fear element. In prison the strong have the best chance of survival. Get beat up and raped for the duration of your sentance or lift weights like a madman. Lifting weights seems like a better option and what better motivation than to avoid being sexually assualted? In all seriousness, prison forces you into a lifestyle of discipline whether you wanted it or not. Its not like Fat Camps for rich people, where they paid to attend and even after spending thousands of dollars still don't feel like they have to eat less or exercise.
