I moved this thread since Kimbo and Lesnar fight for differant promotions making this a fantasy fight. Still, Lesnar by GnP. Kimbo lacks the BJJ to deal with Brock's overwhelming power and wrestling.

The winner is whoever put the fight togather should it happen. It would be a lousy fight but it would draw a good buyrate and lots of casual fans.

Lesnar by stoppage. Kimbo doesn't have the TD defense to stop Lesnar and I think Lesnar would be able to weather the 15 second storm Kimbo would throw at him at the start of the round.

Even Mir, who has been in the sport for quite sometime said he was'nt prepared for the speed and power of Brock's takedown. I see Kimbo and just about every other heavyweight having trouble stuffing that takedown. At close to 265 pounds Lesnar has speed comparable to that of a much smaller man. Kimbo has the heart and desire, just not the skills to handle that type of power. And thats what it will take for anyone to beat Brock, skill.

Bas would have him drilling the ole knee-to-face takedown stuffing method.

I still think Brock takes it. He looks stronger and has better cardio I assume cause of his past, even though they both haven't been tested really. I give the Edge to Brock most def.

If Kimbo can't submit Brock, then Brock wins by GnP. And I'd go as far as saying this for any heavyweight fighter. Can't submit him? Then you lose.

Agreed!
Given some time, Brock should be very hard to sub. If he is on top, which is highly likely, it'll be hard to sub him.
I still think Mir was lucky to face Brock so soon. With training Lesnar will not leave his limbs out there.

Hard to say without having seen Brock's chin tested yet.
Like has been said before tho, I dont see Kimbo having the takedown defense to stop one of Brock's shots so unless Kimbo catches him with a punch or knee as he comes in, then I think Brock would take him down and get a ref stoppage from strikes.

The question would be if Kimbo could be quick enough to land those bombs and connect. If he could? He'd easily KO Lesnar.
If Not?
Lesnar by easy GNP. Lesnar is just freakishly big.
If I were Kimbo I'd circle around, pepper Lesnar with punches and wait for an opening.

Brock Lesnar would pulverize Kimbo Slice. If Frank Mir can't avoid his takedowns no way Kimbo's going to do it.

You guys never know Kimbo, could have a very extensive ground game, that none of us have ever seen. I'm sure he grappled with alot of his friends while he was street fighting, having a very large reputation. And I very well dout that he isn't training his ground game in training. If he isn't then he should be in boxing not MMA.

I would favor Brock in this one but he must use his wrestling! Brock was a good wrestler in his college days and I'm sure he's better now with submissions. I can't see Brock in a stand up bout with Kimbo, Kimbo is too good with his hands.
***Brock wins by GnP

I'd go with Lesnar. I don't think Kimbo would be able to avoid the power and explosiveness of Lesnar's takedowns, and once on the ground Lesnar would win by ground and pound.
