MTK is correct... but in order to answer your question... you want to do one armed push ups... you also want to stand in your fight stance in front of the punching bag. Then put you left hand (since you fight righty) on the bag straight like the way it would look if you just jabbed it... then using your hips and keep your feet still turn your body pushing the bag away from you while keep your let are straight. if you go super slow forwards and back you will feel a tremendous amount of strain on your body. (unless you have a super light heavy bag) if you do this twice a day for a month or so you notice instant power change witrh your jab. You just dont want to over do it with the jab because it will slow it down and speed is more important.

I know this works because i fight southpaw but i am a righty... so my jab is super fast and has lots of power on it but my cross had nothing on it. So i constantly worked this technice to improve power with my left straight and now i am able to drop people with it as before it was almost as i was just going through the motions when i threw the cross. Then i started to switch back and forth between stances to **** with peoples head and then all of the sudden my left jab was really good. so just becareful you dont take this to far... it will work but it can be abused!
