Default Training for Boxing and Wrestling and Need Help

Im training to become a fighter doing intense boxing and wrestling. Im wondering what are some good ways to get agility and "in Fit" up. Like being able to stay running for a longer amount of time.
Just wondering if there are anything i can do to help agility and speed up??
