I dont want to sound like a prat but I dont care if I win or lose. I would rather have a hard loss than an easy win. Thats not to say I dont want to win, I used to raced motorbikes and love winning. Never fought MMA. But in my TKD days and Amateur Kickboxing days, I used to listen to music that motivated me. For me? I always tried to take a fight with the mindset that it was for real. By that meaning, that a fight is something that is a threat to you and your family's well being.
For me that was all the motivation I needed, albeit on a very amateur level.
But it worked.
I have the nice cheesy trophies and medals to remind me about it everyday.
