For everyone's info, TICL cannot accept or give points until he fulfills his end of a deal he made. When he returns the DVDs he borrowed from another member, he'll get all of his points back. We tried to handle this in private, but it simply has not worked.
TICL, you've been given a ton of slack on this and you know I let the first couple of deadlines pass. You now have two weeks or you will be suspended. This has gone on
a few months too long.
