60-65% MHR vs 80-85% MHR
Total Calories expended per min. 4.86 vs 6.86
Fat Calories expended per min. 2.43 vs 2.7
Total Calories expended in 30 min. 146 vs 206
Total Fat calories expended in 30 min. 73 vs 82
Percentage of fat calories burned 50% vs 39.85%
There... at 80% or more you are burning 11% less fat then at 60%. You are also burning 50% more calories. So you are burning almost twice as much mucsle. Now thats at 206 calories for 30 minutes. Skipping you burn 250 calories per 30 minutes. Now lets say you wear a sweat shrit your heart rate rises more but same amount of activity. Same calories burned but higher MHR equals more muscle burned.
