thats the problem with wearing sweats, the system of persipiration is dependent on transpiration...water evaporating ogff your skin into the air pulls more water through the pores...think of it like a tree or a plant drawing water through its roots and out fo its leaves
if that water is being trapped in a sweatshirt the water concentration increases outside of the body and less water is willing to leave the body through evaporation, as a result you get no evaporative cooling and you increase your risk of overheating
**** man, i aint hatin i workout in sweats too but just keep that kinda stuff in mind and dotn try to tough guy it in a sweatshirt if you feel like you cant do it anymore
at least sweats still allow for evaporation though, plastic suits are a dead end

No Texmo's on the right track. If your Heart rate runs that high it's considered Aerobic. Aerobic burns glycogen from your blood stream and breaks down muscle to fuel your body. AnAerobic burns fat...thus you have to maintain your heart rate in a lower range. That's why most treadmills and eliptical trainers have different zones...i.e..."aerobic zone, fat burning zone...etc. Weight training at a good pace with high reps lower weights and interval training burns fat up well because it's anaerobic. That's why you never see a muscular/buff marathon runner.
