First off, this is extremely vague. What are you actually eating? We need to see your actual diet here, until then we can't tell you anything. How many cals are you taking in a day? Too little and you'll just eat up all the muscle you built and hold on to the remaining fat. If you are eating 4-5 salads a day and a few protein shakes, that's far from good. We need specifics.
