You obviously mean a "light" weighted vest. However i have a much better option, use a Heavy jump rope. Many manufacturers make weighted jump ropes up to several pounds which will really push your endurance. As for speed and agility? i highly suggest agility ladder drills and other drills designed to improve this area. Most are very simple and involve little or no equipment.
