The jab is a long and mid distance weapon. So what happens when his opponents come close? Yeah, exactly ...
He beats them by holding, which is illegal, the rules need to be enforced more strictly.

My opinion.
Couldn't agree more about the holding! The Hopkin's fight drove me insane! Not to mention the Wlad-Ibragimov "fight"

I've always thought Wlad's best punch was the right hand lead. He destroyed Calvin Brock once he started getting the idea to throw it. I have never understood why, all of a sudden his jab is seen at one of the best in the sport. He paws with it more than snaps it. Frank Bruno had a beautiful jab.

That's boxing's BIGGEST flaw in my opinion, and it harks back to the problem with all the alphabet organisations in the sport. The sport has no Global overall Governing body. Like FIFA for example. Therefore, rule changes, such as new rules on holding for example are near to impossible to draft. The "alphabets" will never agree to anything!

I think Golden Boy will be good long term in this respect. The more they grow and acquire control of things the better! (The acquisition of the Ring magazine was crucial, The Ring is the closest thing we have to a Global regulator on the sport)

Another rule I'd like changed, and I've made the point before on the forum, is the rule on "what is a scoring shot" . I want to see a move away from the amateur game, where "a touch counts"
You telling me, a Klitchko paw is worth the same as a Bruno Jab?
