I think that sentence is a little too much considering Leben went and took care of it on his own accord, like it was mentioned earlier in this thread, I knew someone who had multiple DUI's and only received a few days in jail. And whether your a "High profile" person or not is supposed to have no bearing on the judgement whatsoever.

So the judge made an example of someone who did the right thing, what kind of message does that send? Don't turn yourself in and don't do the right thing!
