This does suck. Bisping and Leben aren't top contenders but the match-up was real interesting. One has better technique, one has power and a chin.
I wonder if Leben's old pal, the legend that is Nate Quarry, could be the replacement...

But this wasn't about the DUI.
He violated the probation (which he got for the DUI) by moving to Hawaii.
He requested a transfer of the probation before going there and (for whatever reason) it was denied. He went anyway -> this mess.
