A "GET RIPPED" Diet
I borrowed this plan from a magazine. Its designed to help you lose weight by upping your metabolism. I've never tried it and honestly don't really understand how it works. You have 5 diets, 4 are low carb and one is a return to a semi-normal day. Here it goes.
Day 1-
Meal 1- 12 egg whites, 1 bowl of oatmeal(about 1/2 cup dry)
Meal 2-8-10 oz. of turkey breast, 1 cup green beans
meal 3- 38-10 oz. of chicken breast, 2 cups shredded cabbage mixed with fat free mayo and splenda(stevia for anyone who hates fake sweeteners)
Meal 4- whey protein 40-60g, 1 low fat bran muffin or an apple
Meal 5- 12 oz. chicken breast, 2 cups wax beans
meal 6- 40-60 grams casein protein.
Days 2-4 are very similar to this. High protein, low carb. I will post the complete plans for when i have more time.
Day 5-
Meal 1- 8 egg whites, 1 bowl oatmeal, 1 banana
meal 2- six ounce turkey breast, 1 cup brown rice.
meal 3- 8oz. chicken breast, 1 cup carrots, 1 small sweet potato
meal 4- whey protein 40-60g, 1 low fat bran muffin
meal 5- 8oz. chicken breast, 1 kaiser roll, 1 apple
meal 6- before bed, 40-60g casein protein.
You follow days 1-4 and on day 5 you follow that plan, then repeat days 1-4 and again end with day five's plan. I am a bit short on time right now so i will fill in the gaps when i get a chance. Feel free to reply!!

This is very similar to famous UBC course (Ultimate Bodyshaping Course) I took three years ago, but tweaked a little with tons of protein in the one you listed.
Also, in the UBC course they have a cheat day, is there one worked into yours that you posted Crash?
I love it though. I'm gonna hybrid the two and see what happens, mix the points I like with both plans.
I'm down to 212, now, and feel great, but I still have a hole in my dietary routine usually in the veggie dept, so I'm willing to try anything.

LOL!!! Actually, DAY 5 is the cheat day. This is a diet that a bodybuilder would use going into competition. Its not meant for long term use.

I agree that Yoga is hard work. I actually follow a Shaolin Kung fu program that includes alot of stretching movements and its very strenuous and rewarding.

Great Stuff Again Crashti.
I started following some of yours and again mixed this up a bit.
I haven't lost any weight (actually maybe 2-3 pounds in 2 weeks.), but people at work are saying I'm losing weight. It's more I'm firming up which is cool cause it shows you're getting muscle mass.
I want to incorporate the Casein Protein part, I haven yet. Can you give me examples of what it is?

Casein Protein is a dairy derived protein a good source I find is lite cottage cheese or you can buy it in a drink form. I dont like eating cottage cheese before bed as it has a lot of carbs in it.
