First off, I would like to say hi and introduce myself. My name is nick, im a 19 year old college student and am looking to get back in shape! I played football all through highschool weighing at 190 and standing at 6'2. I was injured my senior year and lost all ability to lift or train for an easy 6 months. I lost all my weight and am down to 160.
My injuries are nearly fully recovered and I need to gain that muscle back and put on weight!
Any dietary/weight program suggestions will greatly help
