Default Pbx 90?

Lately Ive been seeing commericals about this new exercise program that claims to get you in shape in 90 days, has anyone heard of this program. I mean it looks like it might work but id be a little worried about using something off the tv.

Is this what you mean?
P90X® - Fitness, Nutrition, Diet, Weight Loss Official Website

I am sure if you follow the program as designed you will see results. A workout plan is nothing more then a vessel that takes you from point A to B. Some will get you there faster and some cost more than others. I've heard about this one before and we may even have discussed it once before in the Training Forum. P90X does'nt contain anything new or revolutionary, you still have to train hard and eat right to get your desired results.

If you follow the exercise guidelines and the nutritional advice this program will work. You may not see the extreme results that some people get from exercise but you don't know until you try. The truth is, you only get out of a workout program what you put into it. Of course you could always go buy a dozen books covering all the various exercise techniques used in the P90x programs and design your own workouts. Then again, its probably less expensive to just go with the P90x program if designing workouts does'nt interest you.

I'm confident that program would work too. But my hangup with those home work out programs, off of tv, is that sooner or later I lose the motivation to do it. Too many distractions at home, for me...where as if I get my butt in the gym I work out hard. However, if you're a person who is able to stick to home programs...go for it...like I said I'm sure it'd work.

YEah, I saw this 2 years ago around New Years and back then in their "InfoMercial" they indirectly called out a few MMA guys.

They were harping about "Muscle Confusion" and why even "professional fighters, boxers, MMA guys etc are not in shape and look out of shape"

The InfoMercial concluded (at least in their old commercial 2 years ago), it was because these guys didnt know about "Muscle Confusion".

To be honest?

Kiss my ass. I'm sure it could work if you follow it to the letter. But your average 5'5 200 lb lardass (no offense to those legitimately trying to lose weight), is gonna follow it.

Youre better off with Crashti and thems diet and being logical about what works for YOU!

Yeah, Ryan Parsons too (Team Quest Nutrition coach), and that dude from AKA I forget who's an outstanding Cardio/Nutrition coach?

I'm sure they're not confused about "Muscle Confusion".

And they have successful atheltes (not actors), to prove it.
