Default No gym? No problem!

Victory Belt publishing is quickly becoming the leader in MMA related books. I have the Eddie Bravo, BJ Penn and Randy Couture books and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either improve thier skills or just learn more about the sport. Future titles include Anderson Silva and Fedor's take on the sport and how they train for it. These books are top notch with great photos and easy to understand text. Check them out.
