If you all haven't seen this month's MensFittness (not to be confused with MensHealth), you should go out and get it. Dana White's on the cover. Really great read, and the UFC workout is pretty kick ash too. I did a lot of it last night...and I have to tell you I was whooped; especially the medicine ball circles. Ironically, that was the exercise I thought would be the easiest...due to my upper body strength. And, strength wise I did have it, but by the 15th rep or so my arms felt like they weighed 200lbs...lol. Here's a link, go check it out...and get that magazine. UFC Workout II - Men's Fitness
I really like to do something like that on Fridays, to change things up from the mundane. I lift Monday and Wednesday, and then do something different on Fridays...so, it doesn't get boring.
