I really wonder how Tito would do with an ultra aggressive Kimbo who loves to basically Bull Rush you into the cage and just start throwing ICBM's at you.
Tito used to have the same type of aggression in the cage, but really doesent have that anymore. Tito still is very very strong physically, and can manhandle you with that, but he's more cautious.
It'd be interesting to see how he's gonna approach a Kimbo that's gonna hunt you down, and also it'll be interesting to see how Bas Rutten will prepare kimbo for a man who is very good at putting you on your back.

Let Tito go to the freakshow called eliteXC and he'll then be homeless within 12 months. I just do not see EliteXC being around for the long run. I think many of the smaller organizations need to form together for anothr mega MMA organization otherwise they will all be going bankrupt quick.

Tito should go to WEC.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not.
If so, quite funny.
If not, then let me explain
Zuffa is the parent company of both the UFC and the WEC.
Dana White has expressed multiple times that he wants nothing to do with Tito Ortiz.
Even if he did, there is no way Tito would employed by the same company and fight for a much smaller organization.
Remember, Tito's main reason for leaving is pay. WEC is not going to pay any higher than the UFC.

I think Tito Ortiz will still win some fights, but I think his day of being the "Man" in mma are over. I think at Tito's prime he was just so far ahead of the trend in mma that it made him dominant...and now the game is catching/caught up to him. Especially since takedown defense has gotten so good. If Kimbo can learn to stuff takedowns like Liddell or Machida, Tito'd be done in the first...bout like Tank...maybe a minute or two longer. However, if Tito gets him down it's all over too.

Whether or not Tito is as good a fighter as he was in the past is irrelevant, he is still a very marketable fighter and Tito signing with EliteXC would certainly gain them more viewers. And the inevitable Tito/Kimbo main event would most likely draw a huge PPV buyrate for them.

Tito/Kimbo would be highly watched and do good PPV numbers. That is what the company wants is bigger numbers and more viewers and Tito's name would do that .

Does Dana have anything to do with Zuffa?
Does Zuffa have anything to do with WEC?
I doubt Fertita bros are going to shell out hella dough for Tito to fight in the WEC and not the UFC.
You don't think Dana has any say in that?

So if a compnay owns say Sears and Macys, the presdient of Sears can say what happens at Macy's, not how it works. Dana has said publically that he has nothing to do with WEC, he is not the presdient of WEC. Does he have a position at Zuffa, that I don't know. That being said, no way the fertittas pay Ortiz the amount of money he is asking in either org. I think they look to Dana for advice in any MMA related issues, but I would also belive they temper anything he says about tito knowing there past.

Dana White owns 10% of Zuffa and while he does not run the day to day operations of the WEC, he is involved pretty closely. He was the one who orchestrated the contract exchange of guys like Jens Pulver and Leonard Garcia from the UFC to the WEC. Dana will always maintain that he does not have anything to do with the WEC as a matter of courtesy to Scott Adams, president of the WEC. But make no mistake, he has a good amount of input.
The chances of Tito going to the WEC are non existent. In fact, Tito's first attempt is going to be trying to organize a promotion of his own, built somewhat around the newly re-established Team Punishment and himself. This is what Jameson is pushing hard for. Similar to what she did in the porn industry with her own production company. In the end, he will likely end up with Affliction if they stick around for more than one show, or EliteXC eventually.

Well, if Tito keeps losing and keeps having controversial decisions...he'll lose his box office draw fast.

Tito would demolish Kimbo. I guess there's no question about that after tonight.
