How Have You Found Your Strength Gains? For Combat Purposes And General Strength Activities Are The Kettle Balls Making Much Of A Diffrence? I Want To Get A New Training Tool To Keep My Body Guessing But Not Sure If A Kettle Ball Would Be As Good For A Boxer As It Is For Some One Doing MMA.
