I don't have that much experience with Kettlebells yet to really say how much they've really helped me. They're just so differant from Dumbells. What i have found is that they're fun to use. The majority of the exercises really work the hips, glutes and hamstrings as well as the core. They get worked as a group, as they should be. You can feel it the next day. As opposed to just having sore arms or shoulders its a total body feeling. I know that Fedor trains extensively with Kettlebells and its helped him be one of the best fighters in the world. I would definately recommend it for a boxer!!
