Default UFC fighter exercises

Hi guys, can anybody give me a general week guideline as to exactly what exercises a UFC fighter will undertake? I've been watching alot of TUF , and i noticed they do alot of out of the ordinary exercises, and I would like to learn them all and if anyone has a PDF file or something that they could give me with all the exercises and how to do them, that would be great! thanks guys.

Hi mate,

I dont know exactly where to find these, but I was watching UFC- All Access with Rich Franklin and the work outs he does are pretty insane. See if you can catch some of that to get some ideas. Ive just bought Mixed Martial Arts- the Knowlege by BJ Penn and that also has some some good training exercising that we have put into practice at my local mma gym. I struggle to walk the next day.......

You right that MMA fight training involves many differant exercises. I am unaware of any one place to find them on the internet. Two books on the subject are "Training for Warriors" by Martin Rooney and "Strength and Conditioning for the Modern Gladiator" by Juan Carlos Santana. Training for Warriors includes alot of photos of exerises. The Modern Gladiator is a manual that will allow you to put them all together as well as direct you to other resources. Youtube is often a good source of ideas as well. I also highly recommend any of the books/dvds in Juan Carlos Santana's "Essence of..." series. Each book/dvd covers dozens of exercises under each topic. For example, JC's "Essence of Bodyweight Training Book/DVD" covers just about every bodyweight only exercise out there.
