If No-Xplode not working
Just buy last week a bottle of No-Xplode. Every friend and everywhere was unanimous. On the first try, you see difference, you put a little bit more pounds and you feel more concentrate.
Try it one week now and see no fuc*** difference. I trow it in the garbage. 60 canadian dollars in the garbage now. So anyone know what can I took for only one cycle who gonna give me that extra boost right now because I have no motivation for the gym and need some pumps more.
Or only to stay with protein, vitamins and fish oils...
Thx a lot.

yeah i like that aika, but it isnt ideal for people with blood pressure issues... N30 is nice beacuse u take it only on workout days, instead of all the time... it doesnt mess with your BP levels on a regular basis

If you need motivation to work out, take a look here. That should be more than enough to make you wanna get your butt in the gym.

If you are starting to lack energy and motavation. If during session you seem a bit slow and lacking in power. Then I recommend taking a week or two off relax your diet a bit and get some more carbs. Worked wonders for me. You showing signs of over training, If not add some more salt to your diet.

2-3 cups of black coffee will give you a boost. if you happen to be a big coffee drinker then you'd need to bump that up a notch.
Also make sure you are not trying to go to the gym on a empty stomach. Have a good meal before heading into the gym.

I dont know if it's teh same thing, but a few years back I used NO2, and it worked. It was called a "Pump Dialator" and it def gives you the pump.
You'll get a nice cut, but it's temporary. And at 80 bucks a bottle? I stopped. Also, it gave me palpitations, so it wasn't cool in the long run.
LIke the guy at the Nutrition store said: "Dude just a solid whey protein and multivitamin with a clean diet and solid workout routine is all you need".

see my post about above n30... adjusted to avoid some of the issues of No2.... you only take it on workout days instead of all the time, and its only temporary to help you with a good workout, then help any nutrients you eat after get to repair muscle faster as well... ive liked it so far but just have started

Try 1 aspirin and 1 Vivarin...45 mins before you work out...you'll see the difference...if you're wanting increased focus in the gym...add a tablespoon of honey to that and you'll be hyped.

will help, im not big on advising that for the longterm though... the vivarin i mean... it will increase your performance, but if you stop, you will feel sluggish... better off to find a different all natural way, or use supplements that provide other benefits on top of it

Caffiene is one of the safest, proven methods of increasing athletic performance with minimal side effects. Should you load up on caffiene all the time? Not really, but you should'nt be working out so hard everyday that you need to. My personal preworkout supplement was always a BCAA drink that included caffiene and creatine. Made by Champion Nutrition under the name Amino Shooter. Gave me a real pick me up with the BCAA helping to fuel my muscles through the workout. When i was making my best gains that was part of the program.

I've never felt sluggish. I don't do that combination anymore, but I've never had any problems or felt sluggish when I stopped. Caffenine is good to take before a workout as it also helps block out discomfort. Menshealth had a blurb on it a year or two ago too. Could always do 1/2 tablet if you don't want to do a whole one.

No-Xplode, N30, and all that is bad for your heart in the long run. Stick to basic proteins, eat a lot, and sleep well. Also, dont over train your muscles.
