Good call Empiric, I wasnt expecting to enjoy this (the wife chose it) but I actually thought it was hilarious! A lot like Napolean Dynamite imo.

The God's must be Crazy. 8/10. The best character in the movie gets the least coverage but funny from start to finish.

Post Impact - 3/10 Acting was bad, fx were worse.
I should've known a Dean Cain movie was not going to be good.

Good movie. I've heard about this one and wanted to see it but it wasn't available on DVD in the US so I finally downloaded it.

Yeah thats a good film, it set the scene for today's films like Football Factories, Green St Hooligans etc etc. Dark ending too.

Very dark and powerful way to wrap up the movie (and particularly that character).

most people probably wouldnt like this especially if you havent seen the show. it doesnt really establish the characters at all. but as a fan of the series i was able to enjoy it somewhat

not as clever as it thinks it is and the final scene was a bit disappointing but throughout it was action packed, entertaining and intriguing. lotta cool actors made appearances as well, and alicia keys was pretty good in her first movie role

The Girl Next Door

Based on a true story about a child who was sent to live with her sadistic aunt after her own parents death.
Horrible movie about human suffering, and also, just how many people can fall victim to one person's victimization that they become numb enough not to act to stop it.
It also shows the tragic influence a parent can have in developing their children to be either good, or evil.
This movie will make you sick, esp knowing it was a true story. But given the historical time it was in, the benefit of the doubt for the children involved is somewhat understandable.
Some of the most disturbing scenes involve a blow torch and female genitalia, just to forewarn you before you order it/download/buy it to watch.

I did'nt realize that there was another movie with that title. I immediately thought of the film where that High School guy falls in love with the porn star.
