Anderson Silva vs James Irvin
This fight is coming up soon. This is the reason I watched the UFC card first, I just couldn't wait to see this one. I think Silva will pull it out but I am not counting out Irvins size and aggressive style.

Did I see Forrest Griffin sitting next to Cung Le when Anderson walked out?

I really didn't think it would be one big punch like that. I still want to see Silva vs Cote but I am now reducing Cotes chance to around 2.3%.

the KO artist got KOd, Silva beat it him in less than a minute and not by TKO but by a KO, ironic isn't it.
I am very happy for Silva!

I'm glad it was counted as a KO instead of a TKO. Irvin was through after that first punch. Silva continues to dominate. Nothing new, nothing out of the ordinary.

Seriously...in Rogan's words after the Hendo fight, "Who can stop that guy?!"

Well, I would say the more weigh Silva carries on his fram the more power he has.

lol you have to admit that was pretty sick. Did you see how hard Irvins punch was mid air even with his leg being held? I wish it would have connected actually.. Silva is a beast caved his face in though... I feel sort of bad for Irvin I was hoping he'd snap out of it but just couldn't.

I dont know why Anderson doesn't stay at 205. There are no challengers anywhere near his level at 185. The only fight I could think of is if St Pierre moved up to 185 but after tonight, I don't think GSP could compete with his power.
There are all kind of juicy matchups at 205 and with Rampage on the shelf for a while, I think the LHW needs a dominate fighter.
