With Tito possibly being on the shelf, I am here to book UFC 61. I have considered several matches and I will list them then I will book the final card. When you book this try not to bring in too many people from outside the UFC say no more then 2 and they should be resonable.

BJ Penn vs Karo Parisian

This is the most obvious fight as it will be pure fireworks, should be a match of the year candidate.

Griffin vs Bonnar II

Its time and this is the event they might want to look at putting this fight on, it gives them time to get their games together and the winner gets a big elevation to the next level.

Rampage Jackson or Vitor Belfort vs Ken Shamrock

This whole card is assuming that Tito is out, UFC might need Shamrock to fight anyway since he has been out. If they can bring Rampage in to fight for Tito that would be awesome, although thats might not happen. Vitor is another great option and the fighters can even decide if they want the fight at heavyweight or light heavyweight. If Tito is just out a few more months then you can try to bring in Vitor and Rampage and match them up.

Evan Tanner vs Jeremy Horn

This fight should be awesome, cause a lot of Horn's problems sometimes is not pushing the pace, well Tanner is going to push the pace. This was supposed to happen at 59 and is still a great matchup at 61.

AA vs Monson(Since Sylvia is out possibly with his arm)

Here is your number 1 contenders match if Sylvia can not fight because of his arm on this card. I think the winner of this fight gets Sylvia its as simple as that. Pretty obvious fight if Sylvia cant go.

Frank Mir vs Brandon Lee Hinkle

This is probably the fight he should have had coming back, he will take Hinkle down and destroy him. There are other options here but I think Hinkle is a good guy to kinda feed to Mir.

Sean Sherk vs Mark Homnick

Fun matchup at 155, I think these guys would put on a show.

Yves vs Josh Neer

This would be a great fight, and I think a very intersting fight, maybe you feed Yves a can, but I think you see if he can hang in the 155 pound division.

David Terrell vs Chael Sonnen

Two guys coming off victories in the middleweight division and this would be a fun matchup for position in the MW division.

This card has a lot of good matchups and main event type matchups but not the 1 huge matchup, I think they could get by without Vitor vs Ken even if they had to by putting together a kick ass card from top to bottom.
