its so exciting to watch tito lay on top of someone for 15 mins and hump them. def way better than a knockout.

I'm so sick of the ignorance with the "he pokes people in the eye" crap. Fight mma or do some BJJ for a month and count how many times you accidentally get poked in the eye. It happens all the time! It's the nature of the sport. It's full contact and people are coming at you full throttle and you're trying to defend.
Besides, people have a hard enough time being accurate enough to punch someone in the chin, if Chuck has the accuracy to consistently poke people in the eye than he has mutant like powers or something.

Preventing the takedown is not a ground game. He has an awesome sprawl and knows how to place a punch where it counts.
I agree with you in the fact that Liddell would be stupid to go to the ground when he has such good stand up.

He circles so that it is hard to land a good hit on him and so that he can get a good angle for a good punch. Chuck is by far the best striking fighter in the UFC and i have seen alot of chucks fights....how can you get bored?!?! the dude lands mad hits and knockout a bunch of people. Your just mad he is too real

Liddel is a man's fighter. He goes for the knockout and makes things exciting. 4 words describe it all. CHUCK IS THE MAN!

WOW...first time I read this thread
People are so funny. They are either 100% for or against a fighter like Chuck. What is funny to me is when people have so much animosity for a fighter, that they say things that don't make any sense. Like someone said that Chuck has NO ground game. Chuck was a wold class wrestler and I'm sure he trains in BJJ every single day. Just because he doesn't fight on the ground doesn't mean he can't. As for the guy that said that Chuck bores him to watch....LOL.. I guess you liked the rules back in the day when Gracie would hold guys in the same postion on the ground for 15 minutes until they gave up. He doesn't like the way he circles and throws looping punches. Your right I guess it would be more interesting if they tied their feet together and just punched each other into bloody pulps. Would you like to watch him fight then? You probably would until he knocked Tito out that way too.
Get a clue and show respect where respect is due.
I have to admit, I don't like Bonnar, but he is interesting to watch. I usually root for the other guy, but I would never disrespect him.

Babalu has a great chance of beating Chuck. The fight will be decided by who's night it is that night. Although, I will be rooting for Chuck that night.

Chuck was not a world class wrestler. He probably does have good wrestling skills as shown by his sprawl but he never did anything of note in his wrestling days except be on a pretty good team. I wrestled with at least 3 state champs but that doesn't make a state champion myself.

we havent seen chucks wrestling be a factor except for one match vs randy (the first) beyond that his skills are so good to avoid that where it doesnt even matter... i really feel like he will KO babalu, BUT if babalu trains like he never has before, gets stronger, and can bring chuck down, then he could maybe win....
