I put a link to this forum in my signature at e-grounds.com. I would put it in my signature at bodybuilding.com but there are a ton of trolls that just screw up all the convos. I'm sure with time this site will get them to but I would like to try and keep them out as long as possible. Don't worry about the points though, I enjoy this place and am just trying to spread the word.

haha, alright, i'll go ahead and put a link in a bb.com as long as you think you will be able to keep up. Not sure how many will come over here but there might be a few. I hope not though, they get on my nerves

(if anybody has any tips to speed the prosess up thatd b great its been about 4 days and weve had googlebots on our site very often but it still does not show up any help would be GREATLY appreciated)
