Regarding that Matt Hughes commercial, how goofy is the shot where he's stepping out of a limo onto a red carpet waving at the fans while flashbulbs are going off? When did that happen -- when Matt got invited to the Oscars?!?
Tonight's conclusion was a real surprise. I was expecting to see a repeat of last week, where the guy with all the power in his strikes would prove too much for the grappler. Unfortunately, I have to look to Shamrock's training methods again. You can't turn up the heat on training a couple of days before the fight and expect to get results. Ken should have had his guys running SPRINTS instead of driving golf balls, and his whole strategy of making this "a street fight" really paid off.
Solomon: "What happened?"
Team Shamrock: "You got kicked in the head."
Solomon: "But who won?"
Team Shamrock: "He did."
lol.
