Has anyone heard about this? It's Chuck Norris braind child apparently and it sounds somewhat like IFL without the MMA aspect. It's mainly kickboxing, karate and taekwondo, no clinches/takedowns allowed, I just finished reading an article about it in Black Belt Monthly and it sounds a little interesting but the whole no grappling thing is a bit of a turn off.
