I'm real surprised Aldana is an underdog against Kongo and Sylvia is a 2-1 underdog as the champion! I was hoping for better odds with Tito but 1/5 sounds about right.

I think Monson is a sure win too, they are just keeping him active for maybe a future title shot.
Speaking of being active or in this case NOT being active, anyone hear anything about Paul Buentello? he hasn't fought since february when he beat Aldana!

I think Monson/Vera are the top 2 contenders, followed by Buentello/Silva. So maybe those are the matchups that would make sense to sort out the pecking order.
I think that Tim/Arlovski could easily go either way, plus with Tim being the champion I have a hard time seeing him being such a big underdog. Tim unquestionably has the better chin.
I think it will be a short fight, totally dominated by Arlovski. Armbar or heelhook in the second or the third minute of the first round.
I bet all I got on Arlovski so I hope he won't disappoint me...again.
You know I like fighters with heart... Sylvia has a lot of heart. Not only that but Arlovski has a chin that is suspect. I'm going with my man Sylvia again.
Why? Arlovski has managed to drop Tim in both their matches!
People say AA has a weak chin, but look at the people who have put him down in the last few years...Tim Sylvia and Pedro Rizzo - who are both heavy hitters (Im not including the Russian event as it was years before he was in UFC). Plus if Im not mistaken, it was a broken nose that put Arlovski down in his fight against Rizzo, not a chin shot.

Why do I think this? Arlovski hit Sylvia with a clean, hard shot that Sylvia recovered from quickly whereas it appeared Sylvia's punch had no where near the same power and Arlovski couldn't recover from that. Maybe it's more to do with conditioning/heart. If both were hit with the same punch I think Sylvia would recover much faster, that's what I am trying to say.

Does that mean that Paul Buentello has a soft chin? AA clocked him, got the KO, but that punch looked weak and wildly thrown. AA was looking down when it connected. It seemed like AA was a surprised as everyone else that it KO'd Buentello. My point is that anyone can get KO'd. Leben? Everyone thought he had an iron chin. He got KO'd. We may see AA take harder shots at UFC-61 than what Sylvia used to KO him. Sylvia is a big man. An uppercut from him is going to be hard even when he does not think it was a strong or powerful punch.
I can't believe Sylvia is that big of an underdog. I guess the oddsmakers didn't watch their last fight. Say what you want about Sylvia, but the guy is full of heart and took Arlovski's best punch as well. All that aside, I'm still picking Arlovski.
I put all my 421 points on Joe Jordan just because I'm trying to get as many points back as possible. That seemed like the best chance for an upset. It stinks that I lost all my 7,000 points in the last week. :/
