IE7 on Windows XP is nearly identical to Firefox, tabs and all. I get tabs with the Yahoo Toolbar on my IE6. But, I have had IE6 on my Windows 2000 computer for a long time. I run several types of spyware protection programs. I am 99% sure that this is not spyware related. I have always been mindfull of spyware problems. Also, I know that Yahoo Toolbar can be a problem. My version comes equipped with Norton Anti-spyware built into it. I have had it for three or four months with no problems.

All this time that I have been a member here at the Fight Forums and I have never had this browser crash problem. But, I think MadOne may be right -- one little bit of bad code is causing a burp or a pause in the browser and it causes a crash. I can only assume that it is happening in the cookie exchange. For some wierd reason my IE6 and Fight Forums cookies are conflicting. I have resisted switching to Firefox because of all the problems that I see other people have gone through with Firefox.

You guys may be right. I may try the latest version of Firefox on my Windows 2000 machine just to get around this problem. Otherwise I have to use my Windows XP computer, and that is usually being used by my girlfriend. So, I would have to wait for an opening

when she is watching her soaps, LOL.
