The Event has started, Arena is packed to the maximum of 50,000 or so. Takada just had Shogun and Yoshida and two other fighters wave some flags, with signatures on them and a bunch of kids were in the ring.

Ref´s are being introduced.

A huge screen is showing various past Pride fights from the first and second round with an opera song. Beautiful Cinematography.

Crowd is going wild.. the huge Pride finger is rotating.. the ring lights up. The fighters are being announced.

One by one all the fighters according to the line up are entering the Arena, walking down a long path. Big Nog enters last.

They are showing vidoes of Cyborg and Nishijima. It will be the first fight.

Evangelista Cyborg is entering the Arena to some Brasilian Hip Hop. Wearing a Brasilian flag, he is sporting a mohawk.

Nishijima Yosuke enters the Arena to some kind of Chinese Pulp Fiction Cowboy song.. wearing white shirt.

Both fighters are introduced

It´s on. Nishi comes out to the center of the ring, Cyborg unleashed a storm of Muay Thai Knees, now goes for the take down and gets it. Cyborg in half guard. Nishi has his head locked. He lets go.. now Cyborg is mounting Nishijima. Can´t really throw anything from the top, except a few light punches. Nishijima doing a good job keeping his punches away. Cyborg hammering down punches with his right now, Nishi gives up his back, Cyborg goes for the RNC. It´s over.

Cyborg wins by Rear Naked Choke in 3 minutes.

Mirko CROCOP VS WANDERLAI SILVA

2:52 p.m. Japanese Time

Wanderlai Silva enters the Arena! Wearing his Wand Gear in black to some soft techno.

2:53 p.m.

Mirko CroCop enters the Arena wearing black to Duran Duran´s "Wild Boys" looking very focused.

Wandy is jumping up and down pumped like always.

Both fighters are introduced. Crowd cheering for both fighters.

2:56 p.m.

IT`S ON!!!!!

Silva unleaches a series of punches, CroCop answers with the same, low kick by Mirko, both fighers going after each other.. CroCop is clearly going after him, Nice right.. CroCop gets the takedown, hammering Wanderlai in his guard. Ref restarts the figth standing. Crocop nails Wanderlai and drops him, now in his guard hammering down on him. Wanderlai is fighting for his life. Ref calls time and has the doctor check Wandy´s right eye, which is swollen hard.

Wandy is signaling that he is ready to fight, he gets cleaned up and is ready to go back in, but the doctors are looking skeptical checking his eyesight if he can follow the doctors hand movement.

Wandy is saying he can fight, and he gets sent back into the ring. It´s back on. Restarted in the center with CroCop in Wandy´s guard.

CropCop attempts some hammerpunches but Wandy is doing a good job keeping him from hitting him. Right by CroCop, light impact. Left hammerpunches, light. They are moving toward the ropes.. now right by the ropes. Crocop still in his guard. Ref breaks them, restarted standing. Wanderlai gets a yellow card.

Wandy with a combo, missed. Another combo, missed, CroCop answers with a hard kick to the ribs. Circling the ring now, pace, Wanderlai now with a few good right and lefts, CroCop with a left low kick, Wanderlai is hurt.

BOOM. CroCop drops Wanderlai with his trademark left highkick. Wanderlai is knocked out hard. OMG that was a ugly knock out, left kick right to the head. How many has CroCop dropped with this kick, another victim.

CroCops face also has some pretty big bruises on the right side, but this was truly a domination of striking ability.

Rodrigo Nogueira vs Josh Barnett

2:11 p.m. Japanese Time

Josh Barnett enters the Arena wearing he black Joshmeta shirt, to his Japanese cartoon music.

Big Nog enters the Arena to his Hip Hop Brasilian fight song. Wearing black BTT gear. Running to the ring.

What happend so far, both fighters came out in the center, Barnett tried to trade with Nog, Nog´s answered with a couple hard shot, more trading, Barnett dropped Nog with a hard left, after trading some knees. In his guard he couldn´t do much, rained some Ground and Pound on him, attempts to hail some punches down, couple landed hard. Nog was able to get back up, and then got the takedown himself. In the side mount Nog was hitting Barnett with some hard knees. Barnett eventually escaped, got up. Nog took him down again from the back. Both fighters tried to go for foot locks. The round ended with an armbar attempt by Nog, which almost was successful.

Round 2

Barnett goes for a Thai knee, Nog hold his knee, Barnett gets the takedown. Now in Nog´s closed guard. Barnett get´s up to rain some punches, but Nog is able to take Barnett down. Now in Barnett´s guard, hammering down right´s and left´s. Barnett doing a good job of avoiding too much punishment. Barnett now reverses and is untop Nog, under the ropes now, the fight gets restarted in the center. Same position.

Barnett again and again tried to stand over him and rain down a punch on Nog, but Nog is too smart and dangerous for this, and is able to get on Barnett´s back to choke him, Barnett get´s out, stands up and tries to stomp Nog, missed slightly, now in side mount. Both men have their legs locked in a half north south position. Barnett wants to leg bar him. Round is over.

They are going to the scorecards.. 2-1 for Josh by SD.

I think Nog clearly won the first round. Josh might have won the second, but it was NOT enough to get the decision.

KHARITONOV VS ALEKSANDER EMELIANENKO

3:41 p.m. Japanese Time

Aleksander Emelianenko enters the Arena wearing a red pride shirt, and an ERA type rap beat Opera song.

Sergei Kharitonov enters the Arena wearing a red Sergei shirt, sporting a three o´clock shade to Euro Techno.

Both fighters are announced.

3:45 p.m.

IT`S ON!!

Sergei with a left low kick, Aleks tries to take him down. Circling the ring, hard combo by Aleksander. Clinch. Against the ropes, center againm Aleks is aiming for Sergei´s head, nice combos. Center ring action, Aleks putting some nice hands out there, now a right flying knee, now trying to stick him from the outside. Sergei with two low kick attempts. Aleks manages to put him in a head lock. Get´s out, left by Sergei, both men cricling around the ring throwing punches. Sergei mounting Aleks now, with punches from the top, Aleks tries to throw him off him, but Sergei is holding on, keeping the mount. Sergei with some right´s to Alek´s head, Aleks hugging hard, throws Sergei off, now Sergei standing over him trying to rain down punches. Now in Alek´s guard. Alek´s holding down his head, Sergei with punches to the body. Break.

Fight is restarted in the center, standing. Aleks with a nice right jab, and now a right. Alek´s thigh is bruised hard. Both men now trading, Aleks dancing around the ring trying to make himself light, with the stick and move. Another hard low kick by Sergei, follow by a hard right. Aleks putting that jab out there, Sergei countering. Both men now trading, hard right by Aleks, takes Sergei down now, but Sergei seemed rocked.. Now on Sergei´s back, hitting him hard, another knee to his head, the fight is over TKO. Aleks TKO´s his former team mate in 8 minutes.

Damn, that was a tough fight, hard knuckle were being displayed here. Good fight Aleks, I knew you would do it.

LEE TAE HYUN vs. RICARDO MORAIS

Ricardo Morais enters the ring to some P daddy song wearing black shorts and no shirt.

Lee Tae enters the ring wearing white to some weird song.

IT´S ON

Morais immediately tries to put those combos out there, hugging him now in the corner, Lee Tae gets the takedown, now in Morais guard. Morais is much bigger than Lee, good job Lee controling the fight from Morais´s guard, however he can´t land anything. Both men are fighting in the pool of blood Wandy left behind after getting knocked out by CroCop. Lee is basically happy to be in Morais guard. This is not going anywhere. Break. Yellow cards for both fighters. Nice right left´s by Morais followed by a hard knee now, Lee Tae looks rocked, hard right again by Morais, now in the corner. Lee hugging again trying to keep Morais from doing anymore damage, Morais is holding him with his left hand and trying to punch with the right, some uppercuts, but is obviously a bit tired , Lee gets the takedown now. Lee laying on Morais not moving due to stamina loss, and Morais is doing nothing. I smell another break soon.

Morais is able to over power Lee and gets back up, soccer kicking Lee in the head, put Lee incredibly is able Judo throw Morais on the mat, and is now on his back seeking a RNC. Now switched to North South, but Morais is able to get back up and the trading is back on. Both men are so tired that the punches are being thrown at 1 mph. This fight resembles Thomson vs Fujita right now. Morais being Thomson. They are so gassed that the action has come to a still stand. Time is called by the ref. Lee´s eye is swollen, he has the doctors look at it, if you ask me, the ref is trying to get the doctors to stop the fight, it´s not going anywhere, both men are dead tired.

It´s seem as if the fight might be over due to Lee being too exhausted. Yes, it´s over.
