Nick Diaz - First Impressions Are Important
[IMG] [/IMG]
If Nick is included in Tuf IV I'm going out on a limb and will say right now that this is what Nick says to his teammates on Day 1:
Quote:
The name's Nick Diaz. But everybody calls me Psycho. Any of you guys call me Nick,
and I'll kill you.
And I don't like nobody touching my stuff! So just keep your meat hooks off! If I catch any of you guys in my stuff, I'll kill you.
Also, I don't like nobody touching me. Now, any of you homos...touch me, and I'll kill you.

(For the all the youngins out there, that was a direct rip-off from the Bill Murray movie Stripes ).

Stripes has a lot of great quotes. Good post, LOL.
I agree. I think Diaz will be among the funnier and more interesting personailties in the house...
I am hoping that they try a new method for the house, and maybe a whole new house. I wish that they would use two houses -- one for each team to keep them separated. Train in different gyms as well. I would also like to see challenges brought back. And, this time SHOW THEM IN THE GYM TRAINING. I want to see how these professionals seriously train. Not just a one minute clip. I mean devote ten or fifteen out of the 40 minute in the show to the training that they do...

More focus on training and less on basketballs would be great.

So what would you like to see pissed on in TUF-4? The bed was bad, but the headgear will be pretty hard to top.

I have to agree with showing more training and less of the "Big Brother" style drama in the house. Although I enjoy the drama sometimes, mostly when it humanizes the fighters, but for the most part I watch for the fights at the end (I hate when they don't air a fight after sitting through the whole hour) and the training. Tips and techniques are always crowd pleasers seeing as most of the fans are into MMA/sports in general/working out and I know for myself, I like watching the Spike All Access to see what goes into a training regime. I really enjoyed the Rich Franklin and Tito Ortiz ones and found it really amazing how scientific some of these training regimes are (more so Rich than Tito).

When they showed the All Access: Tito Ortiz, I watched it and thought to myself that Tito ortiz looked like he was in the right frame of mind and training to defeat Ken Shamrock. They did not do an All Access for Ken Shamrock, and I thought that was kind of weak for the UFC. But, they did show some of Shamrock's training on the UFC-61 Countdown show. I just felt that finally we got to see Tito Ortiz's idead of really training. TUF3 just did not show anything worth seeing when it came to the training sessions.

Why would they show the best training for free? They want to to buy the training videos!

I can't wait to see Nick Diaz get his ass handed to him in TUF4.
No doubt he'll be talking trash as usual and trying to play himself up as the "big dog", so it'll be hilarious when he gets KO'ed by someone.

I can't wait to see Nick in this house. But, when I checked on the spike web site I didn't see him in the mix of people.

MTK, why would you bring back such an old post? The last post in this thread was like 2months ago. Whats the point?
